Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.
You may submit your withdrawal, for example, by email or letter.

You may use our Model Withdrawal Form for this purpose. Use of the form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Electronic Withdrawal
Where an electronic withdrawal function is provided in our online shop, you may also submit your withdrawal directly using this function.
After successful electronic submission, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
If you expressly selected a different and more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
As a general rule, we will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Compensation for Loss in Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire early, where one of the statutory exceptions applies.
Simply opening the product packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal for our goods. However, use beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may result in liability for diminished value.
